Alfreda is the founder of The Discernment Institute, an online learning hub teaching leaders how to elevate, influence and impact others through the power of discernment, prayer, and spiritual intelligence (SQ). For over a decade, Alfreda has taught biblical principles that elevate the life of women and ministry leaders. She champions the success of women by providing access to resources, workshops and curated digital courses and programs that impact and elevate the participants to live a life of purpose with the fullness of joy. Alfreda is respected across various industries and communities, having a career of over 18yrs in telecommunications she is a proven leader and inspiration to those around her. In the community she served for 8yrs as an advocate for disadvantaged youth, fostering children and assisting them to permanency. Alfreda’s business acumen and transformational leadership style has transformed businesses from 5 figure startups to 7 figure corporations ready to intelligently scale to the next level. She serves on the board of an Oklahoma City faith-based organization as the administrator and as a business development consultant for several companies throughout the US. 

Alfreda’s mission is to elevate, impact and influence the life of every human being God place in her life. She believes we are all created uniquely and distinctly by God for the greater good of mankind. 

Alfreda was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. She shares her life with four adult children and five grandchildren.
